Martha Hunley

As one of eight children, Martha learned the art of negotiation and communication early on. Martha will bring that same tenacity, skills and work ethic to her clientele. She has been in sales her whole career starting in residential real estate in 1999. Over the years her core clients started investing in commercial real estate. In 2010 Martha took her first class in a series of commercial real estate classes and moved her license to a commercial-only firm in 2011 and won the Rookie of the Year Award. Since then, she has worked in all aspects of commercial real estate specializing in retail, industrial, land development and investment sales. Martha has assisted her clients in the purchase, leasing and sale of gas stations and convenience stores, retail centers, warehouse space, big box retail, re-development opportunities, multi-family and site selection and land.
