We schedule you for our 30 minute Buyer Consultation to learn your wants, needs and dreams, in order to find you the home in the least amount of time. Without going through hoops of visiting homes and being exhausted with the process. With the team structure we can have our Buyer Agent show you new listings right after you see it online and our Admin can write the offer for you while you drive back home so we’re never late to the market. We connect you with trustworthy real estate service providers (inspection, home renovation, cleaning…) so you don’t have to do online search and test the services. We take care of every step of the process until you are in your home and beyond (refer more clients to us). The best thing is you don’t pay us a penny, our fee is paid by the seller (We don’t charge Admin fee or Transaction fee at all).

Remember you still need a Realtor for  a brand new home just as much as you do to buy an existing home. Remember, the builder represents themselves, not you. And again, buyers don’t pay us!

We do real estate all over Central Ohio on a daily basis, so we know the market dynamics to advise you with a Pricing Strategy, not just showing you the comps (Comparative Market Analysis). We have a Stager in our team to provide a free staging consultation to get your house more money or less time on market. With extensive advertising experience, we are aggressive in Marketing your listing with our 14-Step Marketing Plan. We watch the market and propose the right strategy for the right house at the right time. We work with you to define your Selling Points of your house to attract buyers and get the most for your house. We take your listing seriously and do everything in our power to sell it!
