Greetings from a Veteran’s Wife & Real Estate Agent
Our Story:
We moved so much during the course of our lives. After 7 years in the corporate world, working on advertising campaigns for Samsung, Listerine, Pepsi and Unilever. I decided to go back to MBA school in Corpus Christi, Texas. That is where I met my husband who worked at the military base, 5 minutes from my school. We married and moved back to Ohio to start our family with our little girl Zoe. During 6 years in the Army, my husband moved around from Dallas, Alaska, Hawaii and El Paso, with deployment in Irag and Afghanistan. Moving quite often gave us an opportunity to broaden our perspective & make some life long friends. But, it also helped us appreciate the feeling of settling down and finding a place to call, home sweet home. We are happy to call Columbus home (for now :-)).
My mission:
As a veteran’s wife, I am dedicated to help VA members in their journey to home ownership. Unfortunately, homeowners have a widespread misconception about VA loan’s that make it hard for our VA members to win the deal in this seller market.
You can help me with the misconception in the following ways:
- If you decide to sell your house, please list the house with me and give me a chance to pay the termite inspection for the VA buyer, so you don’t have to.
- Be open to any offers with VA loans. Please work with them and give them a chance to get the offer reviewed and accepted.
- Feel free to share my Myth vs Fact sheet to educate any potential home sellers you know, and help our VA members have a fair chance in the home buying process.
- Better yet, give me their phone numbers so I can explain this to them.
- Tell people about www.VAColumbus.com.
Thanks,
Tracy Keffer

Let her help you SAVE, when you partner with her to sell or purchase your home.
We are a team of real estate agent, loan officer, title service and inspection companies who want to pay for up to $1,000 in costs associated in buying a home. We also found a special loan product to help them buy a house at 0% down payment (https://ohiohome.org/partners/fillable/OhioHeroes_Fillable.pdf). They even can top it off with a $1,500 Grant from Statebank to assist them with closing cost. The year for them to buy a house is now!
Do you know any other Veterans, Healthcare Professionals, Teachers, or First Responders that are ready to buy a home and can be beneficial by these offers? Please provide their contact information and we will reach out to walk them through all the details.
We Thank You!
