Tracy really surpassed all of our expectations being our agent. Especially being new out of state investors, we really needed someone we could trust, someone who had the local knowledgeable and also well connected with vendors, contractors, wholesalers, etc.

We always felt like she wanted the best for us. Her negotiation skills are also top notch, she was able to get the final price down to something better than we expected. Overall, she has all of the qualities you need in an agent. 10/10 would recommend and I am absolutely using her again for my next purchase in a few months!
