Professional, trustworthy, knowledgeable…these are the traits that you look for in a realtor and, without a doubt, Tracy Keffer exemplifies each of these traits. I had the pleasure of working with Tracy starting in 2019. I’m an investor on the East Coast and I was referred to Tracy by my family. Our initial opportunities didn’t materialize but Tracy continued to offer different options to me to help build my real estate portfolio. She then approached me with two great deals – two model homes that were for sale by a reputable builder in Columbus. The purchase of those two homes went flawlessly and I started to collect rent from the builder as part of their leaseback program. Fast forward a little over a year later and the leaseback program was soon to end for one of the properties I had bought. I eventually decided to sell the model home and, of course, Tracy was ready to go. She helped to gather comps for me early on and assisted me tremendously from that point forward in getting the property ready for sale. She was meticulous in ensuring that the property was in the best condition to get the highest price possible. She works with all the right people in the industry, including stagers, title companies, etc., to ensure that the sale of my house would go as smoothly as possible. Within 2 days of being on the market, I was under contract and had an offer that was more than the asking price. Tracy communicated frequently with me along the way and made sure that I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. When there was a snag with the appraisal, she managed to work her magic to get me more than what the house appraised at. As mentioned before, I’m an out-of-state investor and I managed to close on my house (both when buying and selling) completely out of state. In fact, Tracy and I haven’t even met in person! This tells you the level of trust that I have in her. She looks out for my best interest and was my eyes and ears in my absence. She’ll be my agent for the second home that I’ll be selling soon and I’m sure it’ll be just as successful. I look forward to working with her for future investment opportunities!
